Terms and conditions of use of the site.
1. Definitions
1.1. In the present document, the following terms used in capital letters shall have, unless the context otherwise requires, the meanings specified below:
SITE: represents the Internet SITE belonging to USAMV CLUJ, which is located at , through which the USER has access to information regarding the services and products offered/provided by USAMV CLUJ.
USAMV CLUJ: represents the company USAMV CLUJ, with headquarters at 3-5 Manastur Street, Cluj-Napoca, 400372, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. and having the Unique Registration Code 4288381.
USER: represents the person who accesses the SITE, for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this SITE.
ABUSE: represents the use of the SITE in a manner contrary to the practice in the field, the regulations and the legislation in force or in any other manner that may cause damage to USAMV CLUJ.
2. Site content
2.1. The information published on the SITE is information of general interest about USAMV CLUJ, the products sold by it, its partners as well as other information considered by USAMV CLUJ to be of interest to USERS.

USAMV CLUJ is not and cannot be held liable for damages caused by errors, inaccuracies or non-update of information published or maintained on the SITE, which is not due to its fault.

If prices or other details regarding products/promotions have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they have been incorrectly entered into the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer by phone/e-mail as soon as possible, about the error that occurred, if the product has not yet been delivered.
4.3. The characteristics of the products presented on the SITE are taken over/made available by manufacturers and/or suppliers and USAMV CLUJ does not assume liability for the correctness of this information.
4.4. The prices of the products on this SITE are informative and may undergo unannounced changes. The promotions presented on the SITE are valid during the specified period of time. If no period of time is mentioned, they are valid within the limit of available stocks.
4.5. Also, the images are presented on the SITE as an example, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics and/or design without prior notification by the manufacturers.
4.6. USAMV CLUJ reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.
4.7. Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the SITE will be resolved amicably within 15 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems by the USER.
4.8. USAMV CLUJ is not liable for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions. USAMV CLUJ is not liable for damages created as a result of the Site not functioning as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.
5. Use of the Internet Browser.
USAMV CLUJ guarantees the optimal use of the Site by using Internet Explorer 6 at a minimum.
6. Accessing the SITE
This implies the USERS’ acceptance that their personal data will be stored and processed by USAMV CLUJ. The purposes of processing this data are: creating a database for the preparation of statistical reports, informing about the promotions of the USAMV CLUJ store network or about any other promotions or activities carried out by USAMV CLUJ by any means of communication (post, e-mail, telephone, SMS, etc.). Upon written request from users, dated and signed, sent to the address of USAMV CLUJ, the latter undertakes to:

If a user’s identification information changes (such as the postal code) or if a user wishes to withdraw from our services, we will take care to correct, update or delete the personal data that have been entrusted to us by the user.
